Enrollment Policy
● All new students must complete an initial assessment (unless otherwise agreed).
● Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of first payment and signed Parent Agreement Form.
● Programs are customized per learner; switching programs may require an updated assessment.
Payment Policy
● All fees are payable in advance (monthly, termly, or as agreed).
● Payments can be made via bank transfer, card payment, or approved payment gateway.
● No refund policy applies once sessions have begun; however, credit may be applied to future lessons (management discretion).
Scheduling & Attendance
● Sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed with parents.
● 24-hour notice is required to reschedule without penalty.
● Missed lessons without notice will be charged in full.
● Tutors will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for late arrivals; time lost due to lateness is not recoverable.
Cancellations
● Classes canceled by Ms. Hann Tutors will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
● Parent-requested cancellations require written notice and will be handled according to payment policy.
Conduct & Expectations
● Students are expected to attend sessions prepared and on time.
● Parents are encouraged to support homework and practice assignments given by the tutor.
● Disrespectful behavior towards tutors will not be tolerated; such cases may lead to termination of tutoring services without refund.
Tutor Commitment
● Tutors will arrive prepared and punctual.
● Tutors will maintain a professional relationship with all students and families.
● All lessons will align with the agreed learning plan and Ms. Hann Tutors’ teaching standards.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
● All student records, progress reports, and personal details are kept strictly confidential.
● Ms. Hann Tutors will not share any personal information with third parties without consent.
Safety Policy (For In-Person Sessions)
● In-person sessions must take place in a safe, mutually agreed environment.
● Tutors will never be left alone with a student in unsafe or inappropriate conditions.
● For home visits, at least one responsible adult must be present in the home.
Online Class Policy
● Students must have a stable internet connection and required learning materials.
● Online sessions will be conducted on approved secure platforms.
● Recording of sessions is prohibited without prior permission.
