Fees are payable in advance (monthly, termly, or per package). We accept bank transfers, secure online payments, or card payments.
We require 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Missed lessons without notice will be charged in full. If we cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost.
Yes. Parents receive regular progress updates (monthly or termly) highlighting academic improvements, challenges, and recommendations.
